As an affiliate of CEA, AAP manages a series of private equity funds with approximately $350 million in investment capital focused on helping foreign nationals obtain permanent residency in the United States through the EB-5 Investor Visa Program. AAP invests in job-related to real estate projects, such as hotels, assisted living, resident housing, and large multi-family projects. AAP also manages Campus Life Fund II, a non EB-5 real estate investment fund focused on student housing. Rick Michaels is the co-founder of the National Cyber Partnership (NCP) and the National Cyber Institute (NCI), both non-profit entities focused on education, training, certification, clearances, and research. The University of South Florida is a co-founder of NCI. He is also co-founder of CyberStratos, LLC., a recently formed company to provide advisory and consulting services to Cyber companies.
