Pioneers since 1984 in providing value added services in the field of Plastic Injection Molded component requirements of OEM's in Automotive, Consumer Durables, Electrical Appliances other allied sectors of Sanitary, Heavy Industries, Construction and Homeware products. Collaborations with Global Technology partners - DLJM entered into a JV with Sekisui Techno Molding -subsidiary of Sekisui Chemical Group-Japan in August 2011-wherein the entire Automotive On-road business shifted to the JV Company --Sekisui DLJM Molding Pvt. Ltd. With a combined Group turnover of 125 Mn. USD -- it has been expanding at almost 15% YOY with new inputs in Automation and Technology up gradations within the Facilities to provide a one stop solution and improved productivity to its Customers. Within the Non-Automotive sector---DLJM has been making inroads since last 4-5 years proactively by introducing new technologies and automations -thereby achieving almost 90% automation and modern manufacturing facilities meeting to the Global Quality and Production standards and certifications. Currently with a turnover of 58 Mn. USD -this group caters to OEM's across India and Europe for Plastic Molded ( Injection and Blow Molded) over 105 Machines - Painted, printed, Electroplated --components with both semi. and finished assemblies. Recently in March 2021- DLJM has made inroads in Sheet Metal Business with state of the art Laser, Turret Press, Bending, Pneumatic Press and Welding machines. With both PU Coating and Powder Coating Paint shops DLJM can cater to specific indusry needs. Continuing improvements in Technology and Systems --the group has been aiming to expand in some other Critical streams of Medical Devices, Solar and Power Projects and Defence for meeting their critical needs of precision Plastic components at our state of the art facilities. From a Component Supplier DLJM is developing more into a Finished Good supplier for OEM's with all operations integrated in-house.
