Our story: Wendy Morrison Design was launched after founder, Wendy Morrison, discovered a talent for creating unique, designer rugs with stylish flair. As an esteemed fashion designer and graduate of The Scottish College of Textiles, the opportunity arose to create bespoke commissioned rugs. From there, a loyal following developed as well as a curated collection of rugs for the retail market. Today, we’re an online brand with global reach, shipping designer, handmade rugs to customers around the world. All our rugs are still uniquely designed by Wendy herself, made to the highest standards and accredited by GoodWeave. GoodWeave is a global, not-for-profit organisation which aims to eliminate child labour and improve educational opportunities for children and their families. By buying our rugs bearing the GoodWeave label, you can be sure they were not made by under-age children working illegally.
