Community Options for Families & Youth exists to restore personal and relational vitality to youth and families in the communities, homes and schools where they live and learn. To accomplish this, COFY provides an array of clinical services to meet the emotional, psychological, social, and educational needs of our clients. Within every therapeutic relationship, we strive to create the opportunity for knowledge and skills to grow, for wounds to be healed, for meaning and belonging to be found, and for positive futures to be built. Community Options for Families & Youth (COFY) has been serving children, youth and families in the greater Bay Area since 2007. We provide mental health services to underserved communities through Integrated Family Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, and Educationally Related Mental Health Services. Our commitment is maintaining a mental health community that provides both collegial support and ongoing training to effectively work with and restore hope to traumatized, multi-stressed families and youth. By creating a strong therapeutic relationship, we provide support and structure so that each child and family grows in strength and resilience. Ultimately, we guide families to heal relationships and build solid futures. COFY's core values are humility, curiosity, integrity, and excellence, values which extend to all stakeholders, including clients, family members, clinicians, schools, and other agencies.
