In response to a growing need in the dental industry, Dr Melanie Aley (nee Hayes) hopes to empower dental professionals to have a rewarding and satisfying career through career development support services. Next Step Dental Careers is a support service providing free resources, plus webinars and workshops and career counselling to support anyone in the dental industry that wants to develop a meaningful and fulfilling career (in the clinic or out of it!). Dr Melanie Aley (nee Hayes) is an AHPRA registered dental practitioner, with a passion for empowering dental professionals to seek alternate career paths. She has a PhD and Masters in Education, majoring in Career Development, and has enjoyed a diverse career in clinical practice, teaching, research and management.
