TED is a non-profit organization that connects the world through ideas worth spreading. Through concise, powerful talks, TED speakers tackle humanity’s toughest questions, approaching them with innovation, enterprise, and enduring optimism. A member of the TED organization, TEDxUAlberta aims to bring together students, professionals, and experts from Edmonton and the surrounding area to educate audiences on local initiatives and ideas through research and lived experiences. The conference also provides an opportunity for organizations to become a TEDxUAlberta partner and support some of Edmonton’s most creative minds. Now in its 8th season, the TEDxUAlberta conference looks to expand to a greater reach while maintaining the connection to the community we’ve built.
