U Migrate Australia
www.umigrate.com.auThe ethical Melbourne based immigration practice, assisting employers, individuals, partners and families with the complexities of Australian immigration Law. With an emphasis on the ethical, U Migrate Australia is one of a few immigration practices to provide high level client tailored services 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer both work from home and office arrangements to encourage the most diverse team possible, encourage people with a disability to join us or consider our immigration mentoring program and provide a pro bono service for community agencies and firms to connect to in the community. Collectively we acknowledge the Law changes so often it is inappropriate to call ourselves specialists or experts, but we do have five years in immigration and the director - principal is a non-practicing lawyer with 10+ years in the legal industry. That said, our experience tells us Lawyer or not, the most useful skill is having worked with clients who have real legal problems. What We Do Frankly, our bread and butter is skilled migration for employers and employees, partner migration and more recently we love the new subclass 491 (provisional regional) visas. The Law tickles us, so we also enjoy a good case in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (appeal against cancellation or refusal), going as far as to provide a pamper package to de-stress our clients before the hearing, along with training on how to handle yourself before a 'Member'. How We Do It We focus on your specific needs, your unique matter and your timeline, then we work within your budget to provide the best immigration advice available. We then apply our skills tricks, tips and experience to your matter, making the best possible legal arguments for you to achieve your desired outcome. Of course, if we can't or won't assist you we can generally refer you to someone we would use if we were in your situation.
