Collectively we acknowledge the Law changes so often it is inappropriate to call ourselves specialists or experts, but we do have five years in immigration and the director - principal is a non-practicing lawyer with 10+ years in the legal industry. What We Do Frankly, our bread and butter is skilled migration for employers and employees, partner migration and more recently we love the new subclass 491 (provisional regional) visas. The Law tickles us, so we also enjoy a good case in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (appeal against cancellation or refusal), going as far as to provide a pamper package to de-stress our clients before the hearing, along with training on how to handle yourself before a 'Member'.
