BigByte is located in Fremont, CA and specializes in Optical Disk Drive and LCD technologies. We provide our customers with repair services and also customized manufacturing solutions that OEM's cannot or will not provide. For ODD products we are the North America Warranty provider for Panasonic. We also provide screening, kitting, and repair services for other manufacturers as well. For LCD products we can provide a complete range of repair services. Our facility houses a 2,000 sq. ft. Class 1000 cleanroom where we replace polarizers, TABS, COG, and backlight components. Our equipment supports panel sizes from 1" to 65". We also have an autoclave machine in-house for those high end application requirements. Our LCD test equipment is top of the line. It is built on a platform that will ensure future technologies will be supported. We have used our numerous years in the service business to drive the requirements of our tester. We believe this sets our tester above our competition in regards to its flexibility, data collection, and overall ease of use.
