Abbey Road Capital is a private investment firm focused on the acquisition of business and financial services companies in the B2B arena. We are highly attracted to companies that have a “network” component (e.g. brokers, consolidators, aggregators) or a payments/transaction processing component, but will generally consider a wide-variety of “tech-enabled services” businesses. We target companies that are profitable and growing, with EBITDA up to $20mm. We are open to a both growth or buy-out transactions, but prefer situations in which the seller desires to have a continued financial participation in the success.
