Our mission is to provide a value for money service, to any that require health and social care across the Lancashire region. We will work in partnership with all customers be the customer a client in their own home or the local CCG we also consider the staff in the field to be intrinsic to the delivery of a quality driven service and feel it is important to work in partnership with them also. We will implement a personalized program for each client as well as each member of staff to ensure that the client receives the care that they want and the staff are valued and receive the career growth they want.
