The company is a spin-off from the conventional energy and logistics business units of Landmark Holdings and Landmark Partners. The core service is to assist potential clients in providing capital and services from either our own sources or third-party sources of capital. Furthermore, we raise equity, debt instruments and also assist in identifying the right EPC partner for our clients' projects. With headquarters in Singapore, EntryPoint Partners International has a specialised investment advisory team, based in key locations worldwide, such as in Shanghai, Seoul, Manila, Mmbai, Oslo, London, New York, Rio de Janeiro and Perth. EntryPoint Partners International, together with its network partners Landmark Holdings, Landmark Partners, and Storm Capital Partners, have since 2012 advised on, and financially closed, equity investments and sourced debt for a total of above USD 7bn. This has been completed for various industries and geographical locations and have mostly been set up as pure project finance structures.
