Pink Realty was created in 2009 by Monica Breckenridge right in Colorado. When trying to come up with a company name she wanted to find something that was unique and catchy. Something she can incorporate with branding. Monica knew that your brand is what is going to make you memorable. She also wanted to have a phone number that ended in a 4 letter word so she can use that in her marketing. A light bulb went off when she realized that PINK is a 4 letter word. It all came together perfectly. Pink was the phone #, Pink was the Branded Color, and Pink was the Name. Our color PINK is also a registered trademark in real estate services. You can’t get better than that. Your brand is the name of the company and that is all people need to remember. Monica Immediately trademarked the company because she knew this was going to be a big hit. We launched Pink Realty as a franchise in 2018! Monica personally trains and mentors all her franchise owners to become successful just like her.
