WML Digital is a small consultancy that is focused on the Care industry with two unique sets of experience. Firstly, we are experts in how technology, applied correctly, can digitally transform the performance of Care Homes to provide safe, productive and responsive services to residents in an attractive and efficient environment. Secondly, the founders, Graham & Kimberley Frost, are Powers of Attorney for several relatives resident in Care Homes and have a mentally disabled sibling living with them. They understand the issues that face both the care home industry and the relatives who struggle to get anything done through the tangled bureaucracy of the NHS, Local authorities, social services, CQC and adult safeguarding.
