EcoTierra is an environmental consulting firm that assists public and private entities with implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Craig Fajnor and Curtis Zacuto, the founding Principals of EcoTierra, have a total of over 40 years of experience in CEQA and NEPA report preparation. The founding Principals established the firm in July, 2010, after previously serving as the Senior Vice Presidents for a noted Southern California CEQA firm.
