The jobseeking process can be a challenging time for many and our aim is to make the process simple and easy to understand. We provide coaching, support and assistance to people so that they can maximise their chances of securing the best possible job for them. We also help businesses where we provide outplacement services. Outplacement services are a package of support provided to people who are in the process of being made redundant, to assist them with their next steps. We comprehensive help - from an initial assessment of what the most urgent needs, all the way until the person starts their new job. We have training modules in place for every element of the job search process and offer unlimited support for a period of 3 months for those who people who are referred to us.
