Family and clients seem to be confused about what treatment is and what the outcome may be. At Center for Health and Healing (CFHH) we take your life seriously. Our holistic program is designed around the personalization of our clients’ needs. We know that each and every client have had their own unique experience that brought them through our door. So, we know that our clients require their own unique recovery plan that is based around their own personal self and needs. We move away from a 12 step program due to the fact that the 12 steps relies on the clients sometimes having beliefs that may clash with their core values. Our Wellness Program provides a dynamic approach to treating concurrent disorders, addiction and mental health. For that reason, our program is comprehensively mental health based. It consists of psychoeducational groups, as well as group therapy, daily wellness check ins, and our own unique and exclusive Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) program.
