AQUULA
www.aquula.co.ukLynda partners with individuals across a range of disciplines who are committed to becoming confident leaders. She practices from the heart having experienced personally many of the barriers people face, within her 35 year career history. She concentrates on helping people to address those hidden anxieties that hold them back from exhibiting the greatness that lies within, for the benefit of our wider society. Lynda's areas of expertise address issues surrounding perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome and burnout for senior leaders who have found themselves doubting their abilities, exhausted with continually proving their competence, finding it difficult to deal with toxic cultures in their organisation and feeling the pressure to distance themselves from the career they have spent decades working towards. Lynda continues to direct a team within the Sustainability Services sector for a leading global University based in the UK supporting 48,000 people on their journey to become Net Zero whilst serving it's global community and embracing a sustainable culture with international impact. She previously spent 35 years in the private sector across corporate as well as start up businesses and SMEs with more than 14 years in Sustainability in facilities management and the remainder predominately in agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and IT. Lynda's coaching experience was developed at Henley Business School with an ILM 7 in Professional Coaching and an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change with a dissertation on the experience of Burnout for Executive and Senior Women Leaders in the commercial sector. She is committed to her professional development both academically and in practice, currently training as a Coach Supervisor and is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialed ACC and accredited through training with ICF, EMCC and AC.
