AbsoYOGAlutely is a non-judgmental and welcoming studio with an incredible community mixed with lymphedema patients and general yogis. We fully believe in the true and traditional yoga methods that focus on breath, stretching, meditation and slow movement. We have daily classes for students that range from beginners to intermediate and take pride in our affordable, accessible and approachable atmosphere. This studio was created out of kindness, empathy and concern for those that survive noticeable illness/medical conditions and would otherwise not feel confident in a gym/fitness setting under the Luna Medical, Inc. umbrella as a division of the company. We welcome all and include all here. We not only help build a community here, we also build confidence. AbsoYOGAlutely can hold corporate teams, private parties and family events in our space, We also teach Kid Yoga in schools outside of our studio. We can also hold breast cancer survivor group meetings in our studio as well (at no charge).
