Our call centre, which boasts state of the art technology in both telephony and computer systems is based in St. Leonards on Sea which is on the coast of East Sussex overlooking Beachy Head and the management team has many years experience in the publishing and newspaper industry and therefore are extremely empathetic to our customers needs and concerns. We are used to working to tight deadlines and our customers know that if they have a “one-off” problem which means perhaps contacting their customers quickly and efficiently, they can usually call on us and we will help if we possibly can. At present we cannot remember a customer being refused this option. However, we will not promise that which we cannot deliver.
