Focal is a growing Community Services organisation which delivers services throughout South East Queensland. For over 47 years, Focal has been empowering individuals, families and carers to live the life they want. Focal specialises in providing individual solutions for people living with a disability and aging Australian. We offer a broad range of services to different age groups including: - One on one support - Group support - Support Coordination - In-home support - School holiday and after school support - Respite / STA - Accommodation support - Aged care for older Australians Focal makes a difference in the life of the people we serve by providing choices, being flexible, building individual connection and overall tailoring solutions to match your needs. Our vision is to create endless opportunities for all. We have expanded our service offering in South East Queensland over the years to include accommodation, transport, respite and community access. The organisation has most recently launched a suite of services for young individuals, as well as aged care services for seniors.
