Elena's Paella is one of the first truly Authentic Spanish Paella caterers from Madrid, Spain, preparing paella for over 30 years. We specialise in providing high quality, freshly cooked paella from our traditional Spanish family recipe dating back over four generations. Bringing to you the healthy delicious taste of authentic Spanish cuisine, that will enrich any size event, festival or celebration. Elena’s Paella can cater traditional paella for a single sitting or on a continuous serving basis and we will tailor our menu to suit your preference. We cook in a variety of different sized Paelleras (the large round pans) on gas ring burners depending on your number of guests.
