Accelare was founded in 2001 as a result of two simple observations: Most businesses are missing a critical process – a process that links strategy to business-model innovation with a more agile approach to implementation, and most businesses have structural and governance-model deficiencies. With this, Accelare set out to change the world by helping organizations improve Enterprise Fitness: the ability to run, improve, and transform simultaneously using the Strategy to Execution process and WorkFit management collaboration software.
