Buy-In Everyone coming to agreement that current practices are not optimal and that improvements are necessary for us to achieve stated goals. Without buy-in, uninspired execution is sure to sabotage the effectiveness of any long term solutions. Achieving buy-in is critical in developing a culture of positivity, appropriate freedom to act, and speed. Our Ideal Client: We want to work with clubs that have self-recognized some sort of (usually financial) pain or challenge. They have a sense of urgency or recognize a significant cost of inaction (if they do nothing, they lose out). This could mean that the club has been unable to unlock opportunities that they’ve observed in their marketplace. Alternatively, they may be fighting for their existence. Either way, we enjoy working with clubs in need of creative expert solutions, and risk losing out if they don’t get them.
