We use state of the art technology to design and to build our pods in a controlled environment at our manufacturing facility in Quebec. Our eco-friendly pod houses are built using locally sourced materials that are stored inside therefore eliminating the risk of water intrusion that could cause mold. Our advanced computer software provides the precise measurements for materials thus allowing us to buy only what we need to build your home. Our factory sealing & design ensures our homes are perfectly insulated reducing the use of heating or cooling during winters and summers. Our prefabricated modular homes feature water collection and recycling systems are generally low carbon homes that can be used off the grid.
