Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy (HFCA) is a tuition-free and public charter school open to all students in the City of Milwaukee. The school was founded with the belief that all students are capable of education success regardless of their race, socioeconomic level, family situation or neighborhood. We are intentional in referring to our students as scholars to reinforce to them their worth, to remind them of their goal, and to remind them that their only barrier is themselves.
