LeaderSpring's mission is to foster a powerful, equity-driven social sector by strengthening leaders and organizations; developing communities of leaders; and transforming the systems in which they work. Through our two-year Fellowship program, executives of community-based organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area are brought together to develop and sustain effective leadership for their organizations and communities. LeaderSpring also aims to enhance nonprofit capacity and improve services to low-income communities through collaborating and fostering partnerships.
