DFK Malta was established in February 1990 as Farrugia, Farrugia & Co. Its offices are situated in a prime location in De Paule Avenue, Balzan, facing a top five star hotel and just a few metres away from the San Anton Presidential Palace. It joined DFK International as a correspondent firm in April 1993 and became a full member in September 1998. Thanks to the experience and technical expertise of the partners, directors and staff and the excellent ties that it enjoys with the other network firms around the globe DFK Malta now provides various services to a broad range of clients in all major sectors. Our services are provided by the following three separate entities: DFK Malta – the audit firm which is involved in the provision of Audit and Assurance services; DFK Malta Tax & Consultancy Limited – being the company primarily involved in the provision of Tax services, Business Advisory services, Accountancy and Consultancy services and Residence Advisory services; DFK Malta Corporate Services Limited – the provider of Corporate Advisory and Support services and Fiduciary services. The three entities share the same offices and the required resources to ensure that our expertise is employed in the most efficient manner to satisfy the clients’ needs. We undertake to establish good communication with our clients, understanding their needs and problems, offer solutions thereto and in the process create team spirit within our organisation.
