JUMP ritiene sia di importanza vitale la capacità dei professionisti sociali di comprendere le richieste di aiuto a partire dalle radici sociali/culturali/relazionali dei beneficiari. Per questo vuole fornire ai professionisti del sociale gli strumenti necessari per leggere la complessità legata al tema della conciliazione tra famiglia e lavoro, favorendo approcci che vadano oltre la semplice fornitura di servizi di assistenza familiare. Tutto ciò si ottiene con il continuo progettare, testare e condividere metodi pedagogici innovativi di orientamento e empowerment delle donne nei paesi del partenariato JUMP, per affrontare con decisione le questioni relative alla conciliazione tra lavoro e famiglia, alle pratiche di parenting, all’inclusione relazionale, all’occupabilità. ______________________ JUMP believes that the ability of social professionals to understand the requests for help starting from the beneficiaries' social / cultural / relational roots is of vital importance. For this reason it wants to provide social professionals with the necessary tools to read the complexity linked to the issue of reconciling family and work, favoring approaches that go beyond the simple provision of family care services. All this is achieved through the continuous design, testing and sharing of innovative pedagogical methods of orientation and empowerment of women in the JUMP partnership countries, to tackle the issues relating to the reconciliation of work and family, parenting practices and relational inclusion, to employability.
