Prione (a JV between Catamaran and Amazon) was established in 2014 with the vision to enable small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India’s fast-growing digital economy, by creation and upliftment of SMB capabilities. We fulfil our vision by offering a variety of services tailored to help SMBs run their online businesses profitably. Since then, we have expanded our presence to 150+ cities, grown to employ 600+ people and enabled 100,000 SMBs to sell online and 3.5 Million+ SMBs to accept digital payments. The company’s journey evolved from setting-up Feet on Street teams along with photo studios (for digital cataloging) in ~30 cities to help SMBs start online initially in 2014 to now having capabilities across a wide array of complex e-commerce products and services like online advertising, logistics services and digital payment solutions to help SMBs scale and grow their online business in 150+ cities.
