We have many years of experience as managers in the music industry, which makes us competent advisors within all aspects of our profession - from logistics to strategic and creative idea development. We cherry-pick artists, who have personality, talent and potential – something we like to call the PTP-factor. ‘Personality’ is crucial to the way we approach music, and we look for the people who fit into the Glass family – the ones we want to share ideas with, create new music with and basically hang out with. ‘Talent’ goes without saying – you need to be good at something. ‘Potential’ refers to the probability of a commercial career. Our house (Glass House) provides the framework for a rewarding music community, where artists from different places are encouraged to cooperate and let new and interesting work emerge.
