DictaChart is a Florida corporation which provides quality chart dictation at a reasonable and competitive rate. We offer dictation services which include, but are not limited to, discharge summaries, admission history and physicals, and short-stay summaries. We routinely provide such dictation services for several hospitals in Dade and Broward County. Client references are available upon request. Chart dictations are not only essential for proper billing and coding, but are instrumental in providing quality patient care.
