Incorporated in 1990, by current President and Medical Director, Kenneth Dziuba, MD, is an IPA comprised of approximately 150 primary care physicians from Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. We serve patients in 5 counties of Southeastern Michigan utilizing multiple hospital systems, with many of our providers having Detroit Medical Center affiliation. PCPPC currently have contracts with BCBSM, BCN ,ProCare Plus Health Plan, and OmniCare Health Plan. PCPPC’s Board of Directors meet regularly to review financial, utilization, and other issues to assist with management of the group’s contracts. We provide contracting, claims processing and assistance and utilization management services as well as computer, internet, ePrescribing and registry support. We are currently seeking new health plans for management.
