We are a non profit community band made up of talented volunteer amateur musicians from all walks of life. Our goal is twofold: To provide amateur musicians with lifelong learning opportunities and the pleasure of playing to improve musicianship and performance skill. To educate and enrich the community by providing cultural awareness through symphonic band repertoire. We feature four programs a year and focus on the world presentation of new composers. We are also on Facebook where we post news about the band, to include concert announcements and posters. We have openings for musicians in the following sections: clarinet, bass clarinet, contrabass clarinet, trumpet, trombone, French horn, tuba, string bass and percussion. All interested people must own their own instruments and be able to play at grade four (high school) level. Please see webpage for more details.
