La Felinese produces a complete range of cured meats in four production plants, all located in the province of Parma, in the heart of Italy’s “Food Valley”: three production plants in Felino for the production of cooked hams, mortadella, salame, pancetta, coppa, culatello, and cold cuts, and a plant in Sala Baganza for the production of prosciutto crudo (dry-cured ham).
