Baker Young Corporation was formed thirty years ago as a result of a spinoff from national real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. The firm merged in 2019 with Lockamp Properties and now provides clients a full complement of real estate services in property management, property leasing, development, sales and acquisitions, facility management, construction management, tenant representation, and medical consulting and management services. The company manages and/or owns in excess of 2 million square feet (and growing) of office, retail, institutional and industrial real estate in southwestern Pennsylvania, Missouri and Ohio.
