Smart home innovations is co-led by married couple Bradlee & Rachael, the company is able to offer products and services backed with a wealth of experience in domestic electrics, home improvement, interior architecture & design. The company was founded in 2013 with a commitment to delivering exceptional services for clients, a goal which remains at the heart of the business today. Rachael having completed her study at the University of the Creative Arts backed with a BA (hons) degree in Interior Architecture and a Masters in Interior Design now leads a highly creative studio with a portfolio spanning properties from country homes in Kent, Sussex and Gloucestershire. Rachael has been practicing interior architecture & design for over ten years. She has established a reputation for creating elegant, luxurious interiors for private clients. Bradlee finished studying Architecture at Kingston University and supports Rachael in overseeing the company with a HNC in Architectural design. Wanting to be hands on with the projects they have designed he also studied to become an Electrical engineer which enables them to offer the complete electrical service from rewires, installation of whole home automation systems through to simply adding an extra socket or lighting point. He has become an authorised Control4 dealer, Loxone smart home technician, Rako lighting expert, Qmotion dealer and installer and as such can offer customers the best in smart home technology, ranging from single room solutions to whole home automation. He has also partnered with Honeywell and Nest becoming a recognized professional installer allowing him to install all electronic aspects of domestic heating systems.
