About Us: Revitalize T-Town (RTT) is a local nonprofit that provides free home repairs for low-income Tulsa homeowners year-round. Our mission is to make homes safe and secure for low-income homeowners. All repairs focus on safety, security, and weatherproofing. Our History: Revitalize T-Town’s home repair program was created in 1997 out of the need for home repairs for homeowners living on limited incomes in Tulsa. The program started as a grass-roots effort, with a focus on helping neighbors. The home repair program has three focused areas which address the biggest needs of Tulsa homeowners in our program: "roofs," "energy efficiency," and "safe at home". This includes replacing roofs, making homes energy efficient, providing home modifications and general needs. RTT has provided free home repairs for over 2,500 homeowners since 1997! Our Mission: Even though Tulsa is considered a city, we believe in helping our neighbors like we live in a small town. Through our home repair program, we are able to revitalize our low-income neighbor’s homes, making them safe and secure while restoring a sense of hope. This process allows our aging neighbors to have confidence that they are able to stay in their homes throughout their golden years, our neighbors living with disabilities to live independently, and our neighbors with families to find comfort in raising their children in a safe and secure home.
