MENAFA Purpose of Activities The purpose of activities of MENAFA is as follows: •Practical assistance and consulting of the Association’s members in the field of franchising in the Middle East and North Africa; •Development of franchising relations in Middle Eastern and North African countries; •Development of co-operation with foreign and international organizations and associations working in the sphere of franchising or supporting franchising business; •Improvement of qualification of personnel employed with franchising sphere; •Informational support in the sphere of franchising; •Co-ordination of activity of the Association’s members in franchising business; •Undertaking of scientific and practical study of franchising in every respect; •Supporting franchisors and franchisees in a dispute resolution processes. •Co-operation with the state authorities, local government authorities and other organizations in the field of franchising development and protection of Association’s members rights; •Distribution of information about franchising business through pedagogic and informational means; •Protection and promotion of social, economic (business), labour and other rights of the Association’s members;
