We are a regional partnership of healthcare and welfare organizations. We are committed to providing appropriate support and care in North Holland North, Zaanstreek-Waterland, Amsterdam, Diemen and Amstelveen. Our partnership has 120 members with a total of more than 130,000 professionals for 1.8 million inhabitants. We focus on groups and themes where cooperation is needed more than average, with an eye for the most vulnerable people.
