Scott Denelle founded the company in 1994 after growing up in a real estate family in Narragansett and working as a loan officer in Rhode Island for 9 years after college. He started the company after experiencing first-hand the frustrations of trying to purchase his first home with the assistance of a lawyer who wasn’t getting back to him. As a first-time homebuyer, Scott had plenty of questions and he was shocked the attorney he hired wasn’t even responding.
