Fougou Music as Fougou Jazz (formerly SpeakeasyTorquay) is an independent jazz promoter, based in Torbay. We put on fortnightly (roughly) gigs, on a Wednesday (usually) at The Toorak Hotel, Torquay. Based at The Toorak Hotel in Torquay, Fougou Jazz provides a varied programme of contemporary jazz concerts. Doors open at 8pm and the music starting at 8.30pm.
