Often the endless cycle of ensuring funding security and operational issues limits time available to focus on these areas. In addition, often organisational budgets and structures only allow for attracting teams with a very operational view of stakeholder engagement, fundraising, marketing and communications. At Collage & Co we also provide support for effective board management from an executive perspective and work with you to build a positive personal reputation inside both your organisation with your team and customers and with all external stakeholders. We can work with team members to create strategic plans in marketing, communications, sustainable and secure fundraising, corporate partnerships and stakeholder management – mapping a delivery framework and building the capability of the existing team to deliver. We also support not for profits to build corporate partnership funding streams – coaching boards through to delivery team to achieve this goal.
