European Leadership & Academic Institute (ELAI) was established in 2010 with a goal to cultivate and support talent in the Czech Republic. We strive to accomplish our goal through various educational activities and workshops led by exceptional personalities as well as through countrywide events that support innovation, entrepreneurship and startups. We create a platform without barriers to new ideas, thoughts and cooperation. We organize Czech version of Global Entrepreneurship Week as well as our own original concept Innovation Week.
