The Healing Identity Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization recognized by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). Our resources directly impact individuals in southeastern Wisconsin. Our outreach programs are designed to rebuild confidence, build a plan and gain normalcy during times of treatment and healing. Currently the Healing Identity Foundation is supporting three key programs: • Wig Funding Grants – providing funds for the purchase and fitting of wigs for men, women & children dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy • Cosmetic Kits for Children’s of Wisconsin – providing kits for young men and women, teaching how to boost self-esteem and gain normalcy during difficult times of treatment • Mentor ship Program – Connecting families in the battle with those who have already walked it Please Consider Contributing and Joining our Team!
