Disasters don’t discriminate and neither do we. Cajun Navy Ground Force crowdsources disasters. We provide emergency support and supplies to socially vulnerable individuals and families navigating the trauma of a natural disaster. When disaster strikes and community-based organizations are overwhelmed, we are ready to help. Founded in 2016, our team quickly mobilize volunteers from our arsenal of nationwide trained professionals to swiftly respond. We partner with national and local corporations, donors and other community leaders for funding to provide supplemental services to those in dire need. We accomplish this through three core programs: SAFE Camp, Community Caretaker Volunteers and our Remote Teams. Our vision is to empower good citizens anywhere to easily and quickly respond during and after natural disasters to help socially vulnerable and marginalized populations in crisis.
