The goal of this Swiss Contract Law website is to offer an academic online resource that presents and comments on the latest case law on Swiss commercial contracts This Swiss Contract Law website is hosted at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva and is part of the Faculty’s activities in contract law / law of obligations. This Swiss Contract Law project emerged in the course of recent discussions between its founders and editors. Given that Swiss contract law is one of the most frequently selected laws in international commercial contracts, each of us thought it useful to offer to English-speaking readers (in Switzerland and abroad) the latest developments in case law relating to Swiss commercial contracts.
