What we do: • Negotiate licences and discounted subscription rates with publishers of online resources on behalf of Schools, Further Education Colleges and Public Library Authorities. • Promote the resources actively through our website, email campaigns, social networks and events to secure as many subscriptions and renewals as possible. • Provide friendly and efficient service and support to our customers. • Undertake the administration of subscriptions and annual renewals on behalf of our publisher partners.
