Mr. Foster started his private practice on a limited part-time basis (evenings and weekends) while working for a real estate litigation firm, Castle Law Group, between 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Mr. Foster left the Castle firm and began representing small to mid-size businesses in an array of legal matters including breach of contract litigation, contract formation and dispute resolution, partnership agreements, business organizations and entity selection, borrowing, and start-up funding. In addition to helping start-ups, the firm provided advice on strategic alternatives for distressed businesses and represented businesses in chapter 11 bankruptcy. The firm also represented business owners and professionals in personal bankruptcy under chapter 7 and chapter 13. The firm employed four attorneys and two support staff before downsizing in 2017. In 2017, Mr. Foster began focusing his practice exclusively on consumer bankruptcy and consumer protection law. Between 2013 to 2017, Mr. Foster also served as in-house counsel to a mid-size company (Pilum) on an as needed basis. Foster Law Group was re-branded as Consumer Law Pro in 2017.
