ATI-KOS is a private owned company based in Gjakova, Kosova which is working on the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technologies in the Kosova’s society and economy. Company is operating as ISP, Software Development Company, Web Design and Web Hosting Company and Cisco Training Academy. ATI-KOS has build telecommunication infrastructure to offer triple-play services (IPTV-Internet-VoIP) over FTTX. ATI-KOS has its own Wireless Infrastructure in Dukagjini region (west part of Kosova), with two different links to the Internet backbone. Main transmitting stations are connected with fiber optics. ATI-KOS is participating in e-Government project, implemented in Kosova’s Municipalities by UNDP and KFOS. For the purpose of this project, ATI-KOS has designed an Intranet Application which is helping municipality workers for offering better services to the citizens. This application is in use in all Municipalities in Kosova. ATI-KOS has developed Learning Management System EDU-KOS, for the needs of the Kosova’s education institutions. ATI-KOS has supported the localization of OpenOffice.org 2.0 in Albanian language. ATI-KOS has experienced staff with CCNA Certificates for installing computer networks and managing Internet Technologies, ECDL examiners, IT Essentials professionals. Has experienced Database developers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MS Access), Software programmers (PHP, ASP.NET, JAVA), GIS Experts and system integrators.
