Geared Up is a 501(c)(3) organization and serves as an engineering enrichment program that provides resources for K-12 students in disadvantaged school districts to become immersed in the world of engineering through guest speakers and design challenges. Geared Up does not aim to convert all students to future engineers, instead, the goal of Geared Up is to provide equal STEM opportunities to students who may not have otherwise had them. We focus on bridging the education gap at all schools across the world.
